Video Production Workshop

Ages 9-13

Based on the popularity of our earlier fall Video Production Class, Our Winter Video Production class dives deeper into video as a medium. The program is designed to introduce participants to the basics of video production while producing their own short videos for a web platform. Projects will focus on productions like music videos, action sport filming and funny skits.

Dates & Times:  Mondays, May 1st to June 12th | 3:15 - 5:15pm (does not meet on May 29th)

The COMO’s Minecraft B Workshop

Ages 7-9

Participants will explore the immersive world of art, physics and architecture in the COMO’s Minecraft Art class learning composition skills, color balance, and 3D modeling design all in the wonderful world that is Minecraft.

Make your own Video Game Demo!

Ages 9-13

Learn the basics of computer game design including; models, textures, volumes, lighting and more to make an amazing 2D video game. In this six week workshop, participants will build one fully designed level that will act as a demo for their games. All students will be able to export their finished demos to play at home on their phones, tablets or computers.

Dungeons & Dragons After School Adventures: The Quest Continues

Ages 7-12

Dungeons & Dragons After School Adventures combines the classic role-playing game developed in the 1970s with modern technology and creative learning opportunities. Develop a character, give him/her/it a back story and then start a quest with your fellow adventurers. As we play through our quest, participants will draw some of our amazing feats, write of our heroism, and combine both into a tome to take home.
