F.A.S.T.T - Flexibility, Agility, Speed, Tempo, Training

Designed to give young participants an athletic jump on their 2019 year! This is a 6 week training program. The program is designed to improve flexibility, agility, speed, and strength! Taught by Miles Daniels.

Mondays from Sept. 10-Oct. 15

Ages 6-7 | 4-5 p.m.
Ages 8-10 | 5-6 p.m.
Ages 11-12 | 6-7 p.m.
