3D Printing (Grades 3-5)

Students put their 3D modeling skills to work in this 3D printing class. The goal of this class to use 3D printing to solve a real-world problem. Students will learn how to safely use and maintain a 3D printer and learn how to propose and present an idea to a team. Along the way students will be printing iterations of the product, learning the importance of improving upon an idea. Family and friends are invited to an open house after the last class where students will get the chance to show off their idea and the process they went through along the way. The course fee includes filament. Thursdays | 4:15-5:30 p.m.
