Located at the tip of beautiful Stonington Village, duBois beach is great family fun featuring gentle surf, jetties for crabbing, a shaded gazebo and anchored dock. Want to spend the summer season catching warm rays, listening to the lapping ocean waves and enjoying the smell of a salty breeze?
Purchase a duBois season pass to enjoy beach days all season long! Individual adult and family season passes are available for purchase this season. Children 18 and under access the beach for free. COMO members receive a $25 discount on duBois season passes. Individuals with season passes to duBois Beach are required to display their season passes at each visit.
Daily passes ($10 per person) can be purchased through the beach gatekeeper upon arrival.
duBois beach will open for the weekends beginning Memorial Day weekend with lifeguards on duty from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The beach will open full-time, Monday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning June 16, 2018 through Labor Day weekend. Parking is free of charge in the public lot adjacent to the beach.
duBois beach is owned by the Stonington Village Improvement Association (SVIA) and operated by the COMO. The SVIA and COMO are local nonprofits with a long history of serving the community. Our partnership ensures the necessary amenities for a safe and enjoyable beach experience. Fees support beach maintenance, operations, facilities, supplies, and lifesaving equipment. Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and affordable experience.
Daily Beach Fees: $10 per person
