ARTISAN ROW 2024 is FULL! Thank you, artisans. See you at the fair!

The Artisan Row at the COMO’s annual Stonington Village Fair is a great example of how amazing it is when our community comes together. Join our talented local artists, makers, and crafters by adding your booth to the Artisan Row. Products featured include oil paintings, jewelry, henna, housewares, clothing, one-of-a-kind gifts, and so much more! Note: No functional pottery artisans will be accepted. This event wouldn't be as special as it is without your unique art and beautifully-made products.

Rates
Rates for the 2024 Stonington Village Fair are $140 for a 10’x10’ space and $160 for a 12’x12’ space. Please note that payments for jury-accepted vendor spaces are non-refundable.

Space Selection
Please view the map with numbered spaces to request your space. As always, spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please include your top three spaces when registering. We will try our best to honor your space requests.

Loading & Unloading

There will be a 10-minute unloading zone for registered artisans at the 2024 Village Fair. Please see the Artisan Row Guidelines for more information. In order to help streamline this process, we are requiring a vehicle make, model, and license plate number on your application. This will help identify you as a registered vendor on the day of the event.

Road access around the fairground is extremely limited. A one-lane vehicle unloading area will be designated on High Street the day of the fair beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. There will be no traffic allowed on High Street after 9 a.m. Vendors will drive onto High Street from Main St. and should unload along the NORTH sidewalk in a 10-minute unloading zone.

You must drop all of your items onto the sidewalk and immediately move your vehicle from High Street. All items must be unloaded and vehicles moved before setting up tents/merchandise. Due to the volume of vendors and other activities, rules will be very strict for unloading times. Do not block the library driveway.

Volunteers will not be available to assist with unloading or moving vendor items. Please plan on bringing helpers if you cannot move your items yourself. Dollies and/or hand trucks are recommended for heavier items. No loading or unloading will be permitted from the library driveway.

Vendors will not be permitted to park on High Street during the fair. Failure to comply with loading and unloading regulations may result in disqualification for future events.
